After leading the team at Power2U technically I officially took over the role as CTO to move the organization further forward and focus on technical development. One of my first tasks was unfortunately to downsize the team from 13 developers to 5, focusing on the core of the business, focus and clarity instead of brute force. I led technical discussions with customers, partners and internal stakeholders as well as reporting to the board. I was also responsible for the technical budget and delivering a sellable product.

  • Seenthis
    -
    Software Developer & Agile Coach

I joined the company as a Full-stack developer focusing on Javascript in both the frontend (Vue.js) and the backend (Node.js) on AWS. Within the team there was a high focus on reusable code and TDD. His main responsibility was to develop the internal web application to be able to handle scaling and usability requirements from the rapidly expanding organization. As part of my frontend contribution, I developed a reusable component library for the company. In the backend Seenthis strives to use an event driven serverless stack. I developed a Node.js Lambda architecture and the hosted GraphQL service to interact with different services exposing a unified API for clients.
